Our Process.

1. Design

We work with you to design and create architect approved plans and submit these plans to the local municipalities for permitting.
2. Proposal

Once your design is completed, we can create a proposal to construct your project. This proposal will include the cost and timeline to complete the construction.
3. Construction

After you approve our proposal, we begin the construction process. During construction you will receive daily updates about the progress of your project with pictures and an updated timeline.
4. Post-Construction

We go above and beyond the scope of a traditional construction company. We check in with clients after construction has completed to make sure things are going well and offer to assist in any way we can.

The first call.
- When you book the first call with us, we answer any questions you may have and fully explain our process to you. We will give you all the information you need to know about how to move forward with your project.
Design.
- We work with you to fully understand your dream outcome. Once we know exactly what you want your project to look like, and how you want it to function, we get the design completed for you.
Consistent communication.
- You will never be left wondering how things are going. During construction you will have access to your own personalized construction portal that can be accessed from any phone or computer. You will be able to sign in and view the progress of your job, receive daily updates with photos. You will also have access to view the construction schedule and see how things are progressing.
Teamwork.
- We know that quality construction requires teamwork. We work hand in hand with our team and our clients to ensure that everyone has the same mission. To get the job done on time with the highest standard for quality.
