Construction Simplified.
Construction can be intimidating… but not with us.
That's why we strive to keep you updated throughout the process, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach. We believe in making every step transparent, from initial planning to the final touches, so you can feel confident and involved at every stage. Your peace of mind is our top priority, as we transform your vision into reality.
How We Approach Construction.
The 3 Potential Starting Places:
You know what you want to build, but you don’t have a floor plan, drawings, or an architect.
You know what you want to build, you have a floor plan (or an idea of it), but you don’t have drawings, or an architect.
You already have construction plans and drawing from an architect and engineer and now you need a contractor!
Here is what our process looks like:
Book a call with us.
We will go over your ideas, plans, and goals for your practice.
See how far along in the process you are. Do you already have a location? If not, we can give advice for finding a good location based on our experience.
Explain our process to you and see if we are a good fit.
Design.
We will work with you to create architect stamped construction plans. This process can take between 1-3 months depending on the level of engineering involved and is the most important stage of construction.
We will help you choose what you want the clinic to look like, the layout, equipment location, flooring, wall color, etc.
This stage is when we are able to determine the true cost to complete the project now that we know what materials and complexities are involved.
Proposal.
Now that the projects construction plans are completed and the architect has sent them to the local municipalities to begin the permitting process, we will send you a detailed proposal breaking down the cost of completing your clinic.
The proposal will include the costs as well as a timeline for the project based on the construction plans.
Construction.
Once you approve our proposal the next step is to go into contract to build your practice. We will send you a construction contract with the schedules on it.
Now that contract is signed, we will pull the permits from the local municipality and submit a notice of commencement to begin our construction process.
At this time, we will also create an account for you in our online construction portal. This will allow you to receive daily updates from the job site, as well as see an updated version of the schedule. If anyone on our team updates the schedule, it will be updated within your portal as well. We also have the ability to send questions about your preferences that you can easily answer within the portal.
We will work diligently to ensure that your job stays on schedule, and everything is done to the highest standard. We will work with you and keep you updated every day throughout this process.
Construction Completion.
When we have completed all of our final inspections, we contact the local municipality to allow you to receive your Certificate of Occupancy. This means that your clinic is no longer a jobsite, and you can start accepting clients.
Post Construction.
We go beyond the scope of a traditional contractor with our post construction “check ins”. We will reach out to you each month for 3 months to check in and see if there are any questions you may have that we can help you with.
We will be available to you when any of your questions arise and will do everything we can to help you.
